Terms of Service

Effective Date: 24 September 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Flow GPS Map Camera mobile application ("App") published by Androxus TECH LLP ("Androxus," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Flow GPS Map Camera, you agree to:

  • These Terms of Service
  • Our Privacy Policy
  • All applicable laws and regulations

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the App. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Description of Service

Flow GPS Map Camera is an Android camera app that:

  • Stamps photos and videos with your location, address, coordinates, date and time, a live map and other details you choose
  • Saves the location into photos as GPS metadata
  • Lets you save locations, organise captures into folders and name files automatically
  • Creates PDF photo reports from your photos
  • Shows your photos on a map

Photos, videos and reports are created and stored on your device.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for personal use or your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark or attribution notices, including the Google Maps and OpenWeather attributions
  • Bypass or tamper with the ads, purchase verification or other protections in the App
  • Use map images, weather data or other data obtained through the App outside the App in a way that breaks the terms of the services that provide it

Open-source components are licensed under their own licences, listed in Settings → About → Open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licences.

4. Your content

Photos, videos and reports you create belong to you (or to whoever owns the rights in what you photograph). They're saved on your device, and we don't receive them unless you send them to us. You're responsible for your content, for backing it up and for how you share it.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and responsibly. In particular, don't:

  • Photograph, film or record people where it's prohibited, or without the consent the law requires, including where people expect privacy
  • Use the App where photography or recording is prohibited, or in a way that distracts you from driving or puts anyone in danger
  • Use the stamp, including a saved location or custom text, to mislead anyone about where or when a photo or video was taken, to create false records or to commit fraud
  • Use the App to harass, stalk or track anyone
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
  • Interfere with the App, its ads or the services it relies on

6. Accuracy of location and other readings

The App shows information from your device and from other services: coordinates, address, map, altitude, accuracy, date, time and time zone, compass direction, level, sound level and weather. This information may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable, depending on your device, its sensors and settings, signal conditions and the data from Google and OpenWeather.

You can change the stamp (for example with a saved location or custom text), and saved files can be edited afterwards. The App is not a certified evidence, surveying, navigation, safety or compliance tool, and we don't promise that photos, videos or reports made with it will be accepted as proof by any court, insurer, employer, authority or anyone else. Verify important information independently.

7. Free and Pro

The App is free to download and use, and the free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob: banner ads, full-screen ads at natural breaks and optional reward ads. We're not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Ad personalisation is subject to your consent; see the Privacy Policy.

Flow GPS Map Camera Pro unlocks exactly:

  • No ads: the App stops showing and requesting ads
  • All premium stamp templates
  • No watermark: you can turn off the App logo on your photos

Every other feature is available in the free version.

Purchases

  • Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service, not by us. The price, currency and taxes are shown by Google Play before you confirm
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price then in effect, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or from Settings → Manage subscription in the App. Uninstalling the App doesn't cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for
  • If we offer a free trial, its length and the price after it are shown before you start. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you're charged
  • Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. It unlocks Pro for the Google account you bought it with, for as long as we offer the App and its Pro features, and can't be transferred to another account
  • Pro is linked to your Google account. Use Restore purchases in the App on a new device or after reinstalling. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or expires, Pro is removed
  • Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy. After Google Play's own refund window, email us your order number (it starts with GPA.) and we'll review your request. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law

We may change the features in Free or Pro, with notice through app updates. If we remove a Pro benefit while your subscription is active, or stop offering the App after you bought Lifetime, you keep the rights you have under consumer law and Google Play's policies.

8. Third-party services

The App uses services from others, including Google Maps, Android geocoding, Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, ML Kit and OpenWeather. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, including the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their availability, content or accuracy. Map data © Google. Weather data provided by OpenWeather.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove features, templates or supported devices, and may modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time. Features that depend on Android, device manufacturers or third-party services may stop working if those change.

10. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, templates, text and graphics, but excluding your content and third-party components, is owned by Androxus or its licensors. "Flow GPS Map Camera", "Androxus" and related logos are our names or trademarks; don't use them without our permission.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits, business or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim and USD 10.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Androxus against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of anyone else's rights.

14. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play. We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Sections 4, 6 and 10 to 16 continue to apply afterwards.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the App or on its Google Play page before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.

These Terms are between you and Androxus, not Google. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
