General¶

Is Flow GPS Map Camera free?¶

Yes. Every feature is free, with ads. Flow GPS Map Camera Pro removes the ads, unlocks the premium templates and lets you turn off the watermark.

Do I need an account?¶

No. There's no account and no sign-in.

Which languages does the App support?¶

24: English, Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. Change it in Settings → App Language.

Photos, videos and the stamp¶

Is the stamp saved in the photo, or only shown on screen?¶

It's saved in the photo and in the video frames. For photos, the location is also written into the file's GPS metadata.

Can I add a stamp to photos I've already taken?¶

No, the stamp is added when you take the photo or video. You can still use existing photos in a PDF report; if they contain GPS data, the report shows their location.

Where are my photos and videos saved?¶

In your gallery, in the GPSMapCamera folder (or a folder you created inside it). PDF reports go to Download/GPSMapCamera/Reports.

Can I keep a copy without the stamp?¶

Yes. Turn on Settings → Save Original Photos to save an unstamped copy of each photo as well.

Why do front-camera photos look mirrored?¶

They're saved exactly as you see them in the preview, like a mirror, so the stamp's text reads the right way round.

Does the stamp work without internet?¶

Partly. GPS coordinates, the date and time work offline. The address, the map and weather need an internet connection.

Can I use a location other than where I am?¶

You can save places in Locations and use one for the stamp, which helps where GPS is weak, such as indoors. Please use this honestly; using it to mislead people about where a photo was taken isn't allowed by the Terms of Service.

Location and privacy¶

Does the App need my location?¶

No. Only the camera is required. Without location the stamp has no address, coordinates or map. Approximate location works too, with a less precise stamp.

Do you receive my photos or location?¶

No. Your photos and videos stay on your phone unless you share them. To show the address and map, your coordinates are sent to Google; weather fields, if you turn them on, send them to OpenWeather. See the Privacy Policy.

Yes: in the stamp, and in the photo's GPS metadata. Turn off location access, or remove the metadata before sharing, if you don't want that.

Is the stamp accepted as legal proof?¶

Flow GPS Map Camera is not a certified evidence or surveying tool, and readings can be inaccurate. Whether a photo is accepted as proof is up to whoever receives it.

What does Pro include?¶

Exactly three things:

No ads
All premium stamp templates (11 more styles)
No watermark - turn off the App's logo on your photos

Everything else, including PDF reports, saved locations, folders, file naming and the photo map, is free.

Which plans are there?¶

A monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and in Google Play before you buy.

How do I cancel a subscription?¶

In the Google Play Store app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flow GPS Map Camera → Cancel. You can also get there from Settings → Manage subscription. Uninstalling the App doesn't cancel it. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

I got a new phone. How do I get Pro back?¶

Sign in to Google Play with the same Google account, install the App and tap Settings → Restore purchases.

Can I get a refund?¶

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Shortly after buying, you can usually request one in Google Play. After that, email support@androxus.com with your order number (it starts with GPA.).

Can I remove the watermark without Pro?¶

For a single photo, yes: when the App offers it, watch a short video to remove the logo from your next photo.
