Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LED Flow mobile application ("App") operated by Androxus ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LED Flow, you agree to:

  • All applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

LED Flow is an Android application that:

  • Displays a custom text message as a full-screen, scrolling LED-style banner
  • Lets you customise the font, colours, dot pattern, size, spacing, speed, direction and effects of that display
  • Lets you save your display as an animated GIF and share it through other apps
  • Keeps a history of your recent messages on your device

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
  • Redistribute, sell, lease or sublicense the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Your content

Any message you type into LED Flow, and any GIF you create from it, is yours. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and for how and where you display or share them, including compliance with any applicable laws and the rules of any venue, platform or third party where you show or post them. Do not use the App to create or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or otherwise harmful.

5. Permissions and device access

Some features may ask for a device permission, such as posting notifications on Android 13 and later. You choose whether to grant it, and you may revoke it at any time in Android Settings.

6. Free and Pro

The App is available at no cost with a limited selection of fonts, colours and one LED dot pattern, a watermark on shared GIFs, and advertising. LED Flow Pro unlocks every font, colour and dot pattern, removes the GIF watermark, and removes advertising.

  • LED Flow Pro is offered as a yearly subscription, a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us
  • Refunds are governed by the Google Play refund policy
  • We may change the features included in Free or Pro, with notice through app updates
  • Advertising is provided by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. Features that depend on Android APIs or third-party services may stop working if those services change. We are not liable for such changes.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device or Android version. Displaying any fixed or bright image on a screen for extended periods carries an inherent risk of image retention or burn-in on some display types. The App's OLED burn-in protection feature is designed to reduce, not eliminate, that risk, and we are not liable for display wear.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Androxus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Androxus harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
